Eclair Cake Recipe

1 stick butter
1 c. Flour
4 eggs
6 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 2/3 c milk
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate Syrup

Boiil in small saucepan
1 c water
Melt 1 stick of butter in the hot water
Stir in one cup of flour
Beat in, one at a time, 4 eggs

Spread batter in greased 9 x 13 greased pan
Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees
Cool Well

Mix 1 6oz pkg instant vanilla pudding, 2 2/3 c. Milk and 8 oz. cream cheese together

Spread 8 oz. Cool Whip over pudding layer

Drizzle top with chocolate syrup
