4-6 boneless pork chops
2-3 cups beef broth
1 can cream of onion soup
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
Adolph's meat tenderizer, unseasoned
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in the oil in an oven proof pan. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add sliced onions to drippings. Cook for about 3 minutes scraping the brown remains from the bottom of the pan. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook an additional few minutes.

Add the beef broth and cream of onion soup and stir together until well mixed.

Return the pork chops to the pan. The sauce should cover the chops. If it does not, add a little more beef broth so they are covered.

Place in 350º oven for at least an hour, or until chops are fork tender.

I use an enameled cast iron pan that works great.
I also use a mechanical tenderizer with the Adolph's.
These are good served with baked sweet potatoes or with rice.
