cup butter, softened
⅔ cup powdered sugar
1 cups + 3 tbsp flour, divided
3 large eggs
1 cups sugar
cup lemon juice
Additional powdered sugar

1, Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat butter and powdered sugar until blended. Gradually add the 1 cups flour. Press into bottom of
greased 9x13 pan. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
3. While crust is baking, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice and 3 tbsp flour until frothy. Pour over hot crust.
4. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes until lemon mixture is set and lightly browned. Cool completely,
then sprinkle with additional powdered sugar. Refrigerate.
