2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Water
3 1/2 Cups Flour
4 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin (or Mashed Banana)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Combine sugar and oil in large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in water. Sift together flour and next four ingredients. Stir into egg mixture. Mix in pumpkin or banana. Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake 1 hour.
