1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
6 to 7 bananas, mashed
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the oil with sugar. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the mashed bananas, stirring to blend. In a separate bowl sift together the dry ingredients. Fold the dry ingredients into the batter, mixing well. Add the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups, full and bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Can also pour into 2 large loaf pans and cook for same amount of time.
