3 c. shredded cooked chicken or beef
1 jar (16 oz) salsa
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
1 envelope burrito seasoning
1/2 c. water
16 flour tortillas (8 inches)
16 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 5-inch x 1/2 inch strips.

Directions:

Combine meat, salsa, beans, chilis, seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated. Spoon 1/3 c. off-center in tortilla and top with cheese strip. Fold with ends in. Wrap individually with foil and freeze up to 12 months. Place foil packets on a baking sheet at 350º for 50 minutes - if thawed 25-30 minutes.
