3 qts. popcorn (keep warm)
½ c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
¼ c. white corn syrup
½ tsp. salt
½ -1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter or margarine, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour mixture over popcorn and thoroughly coat each piece. Spread on large cookie sheet and place in 200º oven for 1 hour. Stir popcorn after 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
