7 Cups Soft Bread Crumbs (I use unseasoned Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Cubes)
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chopped Celery
3 Cups Green Apple (diced)
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter for 3 minutes. Mix in rest of ingredients. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350º for 20-30 minutes or stuff into a turkey or chicken.

Makes 12 cups of stuffing, so I usually make half a recipe.
