1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg (prefer @ room temp)
splash or 2 of Worcestershire
salt & pepper
1 onion (I use onion powder)
1 sleeve Saltines (crushed)
1 16 oz can tomatoes (I like diced fire roasted)
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, pork, egg, Worcestershire, salt & pepper and onion preference. Do not over mix on any step, I use my hands. Add Saltines and mix. Add tomatoes and mix. Shape in loaf pan. Sprinkle with additional pepper. I swirl (zig-zaggy) ketchup on the top. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours @ 350.
