1 lb cooked bacon or ham or a combination of the 2
16 slices white or light wheat bread with crusts removed
1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz cubed Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Topping:
3 c crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble bacon/chop ham. Layer 1/2 the bread slices in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle on the meat and then 3/4 of the cheeses. Top with the other 1/2 of bread. Mix the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over the bread. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate (I do overnight). Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes, uncovered. Add topping at 45 minutes. Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
