Salad:
8 c fresh Spinach (I use 2 6 oz bags of Baby Spinach)
1 c Craisens
4 oz Feta Cheese crumbles
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
6 slices crumbled, crispy bacon
1/2 c slivered almonds

Dressing:
1 c Canola oil
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c red wine vinegar
3-4 minced garlic cloves (I like more)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Toss all the salad ingredients together. Whisk the dressing together and pour over the salad right before serving.
