Cheese Pastry-
1 6oz.cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour

Filling-
2 egg
1½ c. brown sugar
2 T. vanilla
dash of salt
1⅓ c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cheese Pastry-
blend soften cream cheese, butter and flour.
chill 1 hours.
shape into 2 dz.- 1 inch balls.

Place in ungreased muffin pans. Press dough evenly against bottom and sides.

Pecan Filing-
Beat egg, add brown sugar, butter, vanilla & dash of salt till smooth. Add pecans.

Fill cups with filling.

Bake at 325º, for 25 minutes.

Cool before removing.
