1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 box banana cream cook n serve pudding (dry)
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. quick oats
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/3 c. milk
3 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.
Bread: Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Combine wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Topping: Mix together until it resembles crumbs.
Grease a bread pan. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half the topping on top of batter. Carefully pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle remaining topping on this.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
