1 lb. ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1- 8oz. tomato sauce
3 tomato sauce cans of water
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash of tabasco sauce
1/2 cup rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients 30 minutes and simmer. Serve over corn chips or tortilla chips.

Side dishes - grated cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, olives, sour cream and salsa. Can add in an optional can of drained black beans to the meat filling if you prefer.
