1 cup uncooked rice
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is opaque. Add seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook on low for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
