5 Chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
5 chicken wings
3 cups buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs paprika
6 cups cornflakes, crushed


Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator.
Mix the salt, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Then mix with the crushed cornflakes.
Take chicken piece out of buttermilk and roll in the corn flake-spice mixture to coat well.
Please on crisper trays and into the air fryer. Cook at 375* for 40 minutes rotating trays every 10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that internal temp is 165*. Cook at additional 5-minute intervals if needed to reach 165*.
