1 cup of maple syrup
1 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup of cold water (plus 10 teaspoons of the boiled down mixture) to form a ball.

1 eggs - separated
2 Tbs. of flour or cornstarch
2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir and boil down the maple syrup, butter and sugar until it forms a ball. Mix with the cold water until ball forms.


Mix eggs, cornstarch or flour, milk and beat well. Pour into the syrup slowly and stir with a spoon until thick. Pour into a prepared pie crust.
