2 Egg Whites
⅛ tsp Cream of Tartar
¾ C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Options:
½ C. Coconut
¼ lb Choc chips
½ C Pecans or Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg whites and Cream of Tartar until mixture holds a peak. Add sugar gradually beating after each addition. Fold in your choice of optional ingredients.

Bake on ungreased sheet at 300º for 30 min.
