¾ c. Butter-Flavored Crisco
1¼ c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
⅓ c. milk
1½ tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats - quick or old fashioned
1 c. flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat until blended.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mixed into creamed mixture at low speed, just until blended. Stir in the raisins and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonful 2” apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on cooling rack
