Poached Salmon Recipe

salmon filet - approx. ⅓ lb. - ½ lb. each
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 onion
pepper
fresh dill
3 garlic cloves
white wine
olive oil
water

Directions:
Directions:
Chunk carrots, celery and onion.

Put salmon in pan. Add the chunks of vegetables, some sprigs of dill and garlic cloves.

Add water to just cover the salmon.

Put a little olive oil and white wine into the water.

Bring to boil and then immediately lower the flame until it comes to a rolling boil.

Cover and then cook for 10 minutes.

Take off flame and uncover.

Let sit in water for 10 minutes and then remove from water.

Let chill in refrigerator.
