150 grams penne pasta
40 grams butter
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
300 grams mushrooms, diced
400 ml white wine
100 ml vegetable stock
150 ml cream
tsp black pepper
tsp nutmeg
4 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

1. Prepare the pasta
2. Slowly saute the onions and garlic in the butter and garlic
3. Add the mushrooms, once they are soft, add the wine and stock
4. Turn up the heat, when the sauce has reduced add the cream, nutmeg and pepper.
5. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve
