8 slices thick cut bacon- chopped
1 onion- diced
1 rib celery- diced
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large or 2 small potatoes- peeled and diced
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups corn kernels
1-2 chicken breasts- cut in half
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup flour

Directions:

1) Cut veggies, bacon and chicken.
2) Saute bacon and cook until done. Remove to a paper towel to drain.
3) Add onion, celery and cook until softened.
4) Add oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic and smoked paprika.
5) Add potatoes, broth and corn. Stir well.
6) Add the chicken. Pressure cook for 12 minutes.
7) Remove chicken and shred.
8) Mix cream and flour together well.
9) Turn on Saute setting and when soup starts to simmer, stir in the flour mixture.
10) Use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes.
11) Add the chicken and bacon back in.
