6 to 7 oz of White Chocolate
3 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese, at room temperataure
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 Large Eggs
4 oz Dark Chocolate
1 Package Graham Cracker Crust Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare graham cracker crust mix and line bottom of springform pan, anklet sit in fridge one hour.

Stir white chocolate in double boiler until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Cool slightly. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Mix in sugar and then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in white chocolate. Pour half of cheese cake mixture into pan. Heat dark chocolate until melted, add small amounts of milk to thin it out. Spoon half of dark melted chocolate into the pan and with a knife, swirl dark chocolate around. Add remaining cheesecake filling. Bake 40 min. Reheat remaining dark chocolate, drizzle it on top. Might have to reheat and add milk then let cool until chocolate is not runny. Use wooden spoon. Chill overnight. Run small knife around side of pan to loosen cheesecake.
