1/3 cup Soy sauce
1 tbls plus 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbls prepared mustard
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
1 1/3 cup uncooked orzo
1 3/4 cup frozen snow pea pods
1 (8 oz) can watch chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 cup sliced green onion


Directions:

In medium bowl, blend Soy sauce, oil, and mustard, add chicken

Toss until well coated, allow to stand about 1 hour to blend flavors

Cook pasta according to package Directions, drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well

Cook snow peas according to Directions, drain well

Mix all ingredients together

Cover and refrigerate
