1 Can Bamboo Shoots
1 Can Bean Sprouts
3 Eggs
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Cooked Chicken (can use pork or fish)
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt

3 T Oil (for frying)

Gravy:
1 C Chicken stock
1 T Corn Starch
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions:

Egg Foo Yung:

Mix all ingredients together (except oil)

Heat oil in nonstick pan until hot

Make patties of desired size and fry in the oil

Gravy:

Cook all gravy ingredients together until thickened, serve atop egg foo yung
