4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks margarine
1-1/2 cups broken pecans
1-3/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine in heavy pan. Add pecans and stir until nuts are coated. Blend together (by hand) sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. (Do Not Beat). Add chocolate mixture, blend again carefully, not beating. Turn into slightly greased paper lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
