1 Lb Pork Sausage
6 Eggs
1 C Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
2-3 Slices White Bread, Cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Saute sausage, drain

Combine egg with milk, salt & mustard, beat.

Put bread cubes into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese, pour egg mixture on top.

Bake for 45 minutes
