1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use a handful)
2 cans crescent rolls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Return sausage to skillet. Cut up cream cheese and mix in with sausage. Add sour cream. Stir until all melted together. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over mixture and stir. Divide crescent rolls and cut each one in half. Spoon a tablespoon or so of mixture onto each piece. Wrap over mixture. Place on baking sheet (I use a piece of parchment paper on baking sheet for easy release). Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
