2 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup minced onions, optional
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Shape into a ball. Roll ball in the pecans. Chill before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
