Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Casserole Mixture
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients...sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs, and butter in order as listed. Pour into baking dish. Top with the crust mixture.

Topping for Sweet Potato Casserole
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together and top sweet Potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
