1 cup powdered sugar, divided
2 sticks butter (REAL BUTTER)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, finely ground


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat butter, vanilla and half of the sugar with mixer. Add flour and mix until soft dough forms. Fold in pecans. Pinch off pieces and roll into crescent shapes (or you can roll into 1 inch balls). Place on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and roll in remaining sugar. Cool and roll again, if desired. About 36 cookies
