1/2 cup butter
2 hard cooked egg yolks, put through sieve
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract or vanilla extract or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and egg yolks together. Beat in sugar and extract. Add flour. Pack into cookie press and shape onto cold ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until set but not brown. Do not over bake.
