1 large angel food cake
1 can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
juice of 4 large lemons
1 pint of whipping cream
1/2 c.sugar
7 oz. bag coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cube angel food cake and layer half on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Whip the cream and set aside. Mix together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar, and then fold in the whipped cream. Pour half the mixture over the cake cubes. Top with remaining cake cubes and remaining liquid mixture. Cover with flaked coconut. Chill for several hours. Serve cold.
