1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. pitted, halved Bing Cherries (canned or fresh)
1 c. blueberries
1 16 oz. can apricot halves
2 c. marshmallows
1 drop red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat room temperature cream cheese until fluffy. Add sour cream, sugar, salt and food coloring.
Stir in fruits and marshmallows.

Line a loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2) with wax paper. Pour salad in and spread evenly. Cover and freeze 6 hours. To serve; Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Flip onto platter and slice 1/2-3/4" slices.
