2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup soft butter

Filling:
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 beaten eggs
2 Tablespoons grated lemon rind
4 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of one lemon (at least 2 Tablespoons)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar then flour. Pour into an oblong baking pan or cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Combine ingredients for filling and pour over baked crust. Bake for another 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. When cool, cut 40 finger length bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
