16 oz pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2-3 c. mozzarella cheese
8 oz sour cream + 6 oz spaghetti sauce
Or
1 jar spaghetti sauce, any brand.
1 lb. ground beef, seasoned as you wish, cooked and drained.

Directions:

You may use the top 5 ingredients to make a meatless pie.

Beat eggs and toss with pre-cooked spaghetti noodles. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again to fully coat noodles. Spread noodles to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
Layer on sour cream and top with mozzarella.
OR
Add cooked crumbled ground beef and sauce. Top with mozzarella.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

I got the recipe for the meatless version of this from and friend and changed it to add meat to the sauce for a heartier pie.
