1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
2 T dijon mustard
2 T dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary

Directions:

Mix all in a one gallon zipper bag. Add your choice of meat to grill and refrigerate 8 hours or over night. Grill, broil or bake meat to a safe internal temperature.
