8 slices of bread, slightly toasted and cubed
2 cups chopped bacon
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread in buttered baking pan. Cover with bacon and cheese. Beat eggs, add mustard, milk and salt. Pour over dry ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for one hour in a 350 degree oven for breakfast or brunch.

Make recipe at night, put in refrigerator over night. The next morning pop in oven for breakfast.
