For crust: 1
1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
½ margarine
For filling:
4 c. sliced peaches
1 c. water
¾c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1-2 drops yellow food coloring
⅓ c. peach jello powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the margarine, flour, and sugar. Press into a 9”pie pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20minutes. Cool completely. Put 3 c. of the sliced peaches in a layer on the crust. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Put water, sugar, cornstarch, and the remaining 1 c. peaches in a pan. Cook until thick and clear. Add the dry jello powder and food coloring. Cool (but don’t refrigerate). Pour over the peaches in the crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
