20 Fig Newton cookies
½ cup melted butter
1¼ cups sugar
4 eggs
2 packages cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (13¼ oz) drained
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cookies finely. Mix with melted butter and press on bottom of pan. Heat 1 cup sugar, eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple and mix. Pour mixture over crust. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Stir remaining ¼ cup sugar and vanilla into sour cream. Remove cake from oven. Spread sour cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Return cake to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool and refridgerate overnight.
