1 egg

3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby jack cheese

1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

1 teaspoon sage seasoning

2 (5 ounce) cans albacore tuna, drained

1/2 cup finely diced onion

1/4 cup finely diced celery

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dill

1/3 cup ranch salad dressing

3/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs for breading

3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

Set aside 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

Combine all ingredients, except vegetable oil

Form 8 patties coating each side with the reserved bread crumbs

Heat 1-2 T oil in nonstick pay over medium heat

Cook 4 patties 4-5 min on each side

Add more oil and cook remaining tuna cakes
