1pkg lime jello
1 c boiling water
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
salt
1 c whipped cream
1 c small curd cottage cheese
chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in the marshmallows until dissolved. Add the pineapple (with juice) and a dash of salt. Refrigerate until barely set. Stir in the whipped cream and the cottage cheese. Refrigerate. Garnish with chopped walnuts before serving.
