1 1/14 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon each Baking Soda and Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Oil
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Cold Water

Preheat Oven to 350º.

In 8" or 9" square pan with fork mix well flour, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Mix with fork until thoroughly blended.

Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan.
 

Chocolate Glaze

2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Tablespoon each Oil and Corn Syrup
2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Water
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan combine cocoa, oil, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon. Stir over low heat until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth. Poor over cake and let set.
