1 Cup Softened Butter
1 1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Envelopes PreMelted Chocolate (3 Tbsp Cocoa + 1 Tbsp Shortening or Oil) or (1 sq unsweetened choc)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 1/2 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, then chocolate and cinnamon. Add flour and stir.

Use cookie gun.

Bake 375º for 5-7 minutes.

Mix cocoa powder, confectionary sugar and milk to make an icing. Frost cookies and sprinkle with sprinkles.
