1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced or 3 green onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 c sour cream
1 Tbsp vinegar
chives and/or dill seed (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and onions and let stand 30 minutes. Drain. Mix with sour cream, salt and vinegar.
