Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1 tsp water
1 package refrigerated pie crust
6 heaping teaspoons Nutella
6 teaspoons strawberry jelly/jam
3 large strawberries sliced lengthwise to look like hearts
Coarse or granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In small bowl whisk together egg yolk and 1 tsp water
3. Roll out pie crust until approx 1/16th of an inch. Cut into 2.5 inch x 3.5 inch rectangles. You should end up with 12 rectangles.
4. Take 6 of the rectangles and cut out a heart in the center (using strawberries cut into hearts as guide)
5. On each of the 6 remaining rectangles, spread 1 heaping teaspoon of Nutella (leaving a border around the edges). Then top Nutella with a layer of strawberry jam (we like less jam more Nutella).
6.Put/top with a fresh strawberry heart in the center.
7. Put the top slice of pie dough on top with the cut out placed over the strawberry.
8. Seal the edges of the pop tart by using the prongs of the fork and pressing all around.
9. Brush with egg mixture.
10. Sprinkle heavily with coarse sugar.
11. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
12. Transfer to a cooling rack for 5 min and enjoy!
