⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsps. cornstarch
tsp. granulated sugar
tsp. dried thyme leaves
tsp. salt
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted margarine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
tsp. grated lemon zest
⅓ cup plus 1 tbsp. water

Directions:
In medium stainless steel saucepan, whisk lemon juice into cornstarch; add ⅓ cup plus1 tbsp. water, the sugar, thyme and salt and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in dill, margarine, parsley, lemon and zest.
