1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. instant tea
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Dash of salt

This makes 4 cups of dry mix. Use 1 well-rounded teaspoon to 1 cup of hot water. Makes enough mix for 12 quarts of hot tea. Store in airtight container.
