1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 rib celery, diced
¼ cup green pepper, finely diced
1½ lbs. ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
6 sandwich buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, saute onions, celery and pepper, stirring occasionally until onion softens, about 5 minutes. Add beef and increase heat to medium-high. Cook breaking up beef with spoon, until cooked, about 10 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup water, tomato sauce, chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and simmer. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring frequently 20 minutes to blend flavours. Toast buns. Top with beef mixture.
