1½ lbs. rump roast
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
½ cup maple syrup
2 tsps. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
⅓ cup cider vinegar
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
1¾ cup barbecue sauce
4 large whole grain dinner rolls
romaine lettuce leaves
sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker combine all ingredients excepts buns, lettuce and tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on high setting 4 to 6 hours or until beef is tender. Remove from slow cooker and slice. Place on buns and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
